Our goals

  1. Raising public awareness of the importance of preserving plant genetic resources for sustainable agriculture and food
  2. Introducing a collaborative research model that fosters teamwork between researchers and citizens
  3. Establishing a functional network of interested parties to promote the cultivation of old varieties, facilitate the exchange of seeds and knowledge, and provide education on the proper methods of seed multiplication, handling, and storage for the next sowing season
  4. Edukacija žena ruralnih područja o značaju očuvanja agro-biodiverziteta, jačanje njihove ekonomske nezavisnosti kroz promociju proizvodnje starih sorti i primena mera održivih poljoprivrednih praksi
